Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Eduglide Studies (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“you”,
“your”, “client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do
not agree, you must not access or use our services.

Description of Services

We provide education consultancy services including (but not limited to): career counselling,
university/college admissions guidance, visa and immigration assistance, scholarship support,
and related advisory services.

Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your
jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Client Obligations

  • You will provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documentation when required.
  • You will cooperate fully with our requests for necessary forms, attestations, verifications, and promptly respond to our communications.
  • You accept that visa/immigration and admissions decisions are made by third parties (universities, governments) and we do not guarantee acceptance or visa approval.
  • You agree to pay our service fees as specified in any invoice or contract in accordance with the payment terms.

Fees and Payment

  • Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate service agreement or invoice. All payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified.
  • Late payments may incur interest or suspension of service until payment is made.
  • Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once service has commenced. (If you allow partial refund or a different policy, specify here.)
  • Service fees are non-refundable once processing has begun, except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, brochures, service materials, including logos, trademarks, text,
images, and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute,
publish, modify or exploit any materials without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from or relating
to our services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the
amount you have paid us for the specific service which gives rise to the claim. We are not liable
for indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages including loss of opportunity,
loss of income or reputation.
Information provided by Eduglide Studies is for guidance only. Final decisions regarding
admission or visa approval are made by external institutions and authorities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages,
losses, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to
your use of our services, or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate our services or your access to them at any time if you breach
these Terms or if we believe your conduct is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful. Upon termination
you remain responsible for all fees earned up to termination.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Kerala, India. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala in respect of any
dispute.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service agreement you sign and our Privacy Policy, constitute
the entire agreement between you and us concerning the services and supersede all prior or
contemporaneous communications and proposals.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the
remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
